Source: https://edesy.in/docs/ivr/nodes/play

The Play Audio node plays a recorded audio file to the caller, such as a studio greeting, a jingle or hold music. Upload an MP3, WAV, M4A or OGG file of up to 5 MB in the node's settings, and set a loop count from 1 to 10. Use it instead of Say when you want a recorded human voice.
