# CSV Export

> Download missed calls as a CSV file - columns, IST timestamps, filters and the 1,000,000-row limit.

Source: https://edesy.in/docs/missed-call/guides/csv-export

Download your missed calls as a CSV for Excel, Google Sheets, a bulk CRM import or a calling list. With no webhook set, the log and the CSV are free; you pay only the number rental.

## From the portal

Open **Missed calls**, set any filters (number, caller, date range, delivery status) and choose **Export CSV**. The file contains the same rows as the filtered list.

## From the API

```bash
curl "https://voice-api.edesy.in/v1/missed-calls/export.csv?start_date=2026-10-01" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer vp_your_api_key" \
  -o missed-calls.csv
```

It takes the same filters as [List Missed Calls](https://edesy.in/docs/missed-call/api-reference/list-missed-calls). See [Export CSV](https://edesy.in/docs/missed-call/api-reference/export-csv).

## Columns

| Column | Example | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| `received_at` | `2026-10-18 13:20:33` | India time (IST), `YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS` |
| `from` | `+918273237781` | Caller, E.164 |
| `to` | `+919484958085` | Your number that was called |
| `delivery_status` | `not_sent` | `delivered`, `failed`, `pending`, `withheld` or `not_sent` |
| `response_code` | `0` | HTTP status from your webhook; `0` when nothing was delivered |

## Limits

- Up to **1,000,000 rows** per export. For more, export in date ranges.
- The file is named `missed-calls-YYYY-MM-DD.csv` (the export date in IST).
- Every call is its own row, so a person who called three times appears three times. Remove duplicates on `from` in your spreadsheet if you need one row per caller.
