# Getting Started

> Get COD Order Calls running in four steps - verify your business, get a number to call from, connect your store with a signed webhook, and create your first call rule.

COD Order Calls needs four things before your first customer gets a call: a verified business, a number to call from, a connected store, and a call rule. The portal at [orders.edesy.in](https://orders.edesy.in) shows them as a checklist and marks each one done as you finish it.

1. **Sign in** at [orders.edesy.in](https://orders.edesy.in). It uses your Edesy account, the same login as the other Edesy apps.
2. **Verify your business (KYC).** Required before any outbound calling. Usually approved within a day.
3. **Get a number to call from.** This is the number your customers see. One is enough to start.
4. **Connect your store.** Copy your webhook URL and signing secret into your store. See [Webhook and Signing Secret](https://edesy.in/docs/order-calls/connect-your-store/webhook-and-signing-secret).
5. **Create your first call rule.** Pick the store, the language and the timing. See [Conditions](https://edesy.in/docs/order-calls/call-rules/conditions).

When every step is done, the Get started screen says "You're live" and new cash-on-delivery orders get a confirmation call.
