## Available Packs

## How to Purchase

1. Go to **Billing**
2. Click **Add Credits**
3. Select a pack
4. Choose payment method:
   - Credit/Debit Card
   - UPI
   - Net Banking
   - Payment gateway
5. Complete payment
6. Credits added instantly

## Invoices

### Automatic Invoices

Invoices generated for all purchases:
- Tax compliant
- PDF download
- Email delivery

### Invoice Details

### Accessing Invoices

1. Go to **Billing** > **Invoices**
2. Click on any invoice
3. Download PDF

## Tax Information

For tax invoices, add your:
- Company Name
- Tax ID / GSTIN
- Billing Address

In **Settings** > **Billing Details**

## Refund Policy

- Credits are non-refundable
- Unused credits never expire
- Contact support for exceptions
