Reverie is an Indian-language speech-to-text provider. The Edesy runtime supports it, but it is not a self-serve option in the dashboard: we enable it for your workspace on request. Ask for it if you already use Reverie or need it for a specific Indian language. For self-serve setups, use [Sarvam](https://edesy.in/docs/voice-agent/stt/sarvam) or [Soniox](https://edesy.in/docs/voice-agent/stt/soniox).

## How to get it

1. Contact support from the dashboard or at [support@edesy.in](mailto:support@edesy.in).
2. Tell us the agent, the language and the expected call volume.
3. We enable Reverie and set the language configuration for your agent.
4. Run test calls and compare transcripts with your current provider.

## FAQs

**Why is Reverie not in the dashboard?**
Each language needs its own configuration, so we set it up with you rather than as a one-click option.

**Is there an extra charge?**
We confirm pricing when we enable it.

**What should I use instead for self-serve Indian-language STT?**
[Sarvam](https://edesy.in/docs/voice-agent/stt/sarvam), [Soniox](https://edesy.in/docs/voice-agent/stt/soniox), [Google Chirp](https://edesy.in/docs/voice-agent/stt/google) or [ElevenLabs Scribe](https://edesy.in/docs/voice-agent/stt/elevenlabs).
