Browser calling with the Edesy SDK, the drop-in dialer or the portal softphone costs Rs 1.50 per minute, with a 1-minute minimum per call. Prices exclude 18% GST. There is no separate charge for minting tokens, loading the SDK or using the ICE servers that come with each token.

## How billing works

1. **Top up** your prepaid Edesy wallet in INR with Razorpay (UPI or card).
2. **Call.** Each call is charged at Rs 1.50 per minute, with a 1-minute minimum.
3. **Get invoices.** GST invoices are issued as PDF and email. Add your GSTIN to claim Input Tax Credit.

## Worked example

A support team places 200 browser calls a day that last about 3 minutes each.

- 200 calls x 3 minutes x Rs 1.50 = Rs 900 a day
- Plus 18% GST = Rs 1,062 a day
