Common questions about connecting Freshsales
There is no native Freshsales connector. You call the Freshsales API from a custom HTTP function during the call, and write results back from Edesy webhooks, a workflow webhook step, Zapier or n8n.
Edesy does not score leads inside Freshsales. Post-call extraction and lead qualification outcomes give you the data; your HTTP function or Zap writes it to the field you use for scoring.
It works with any Freshsales plan that gives you API access, because the connection runs through the Freshsales API.
