Waflow's Analytics dashboard provides comprehensive insights into your WhatsApp campaign performance. Track message delivery, engagement rates, and audience behavior to optimize your marketing strategy.
Dashboard Overview
When you navigate to the Analytics section, you will see a high-level overview of your WhatsApp messaging performance. The dashboard is designed to give you quick access to the metrics that matter most.
Key Performance Indicators
The top of the dashboard displays four primary KPIs:

| Messages Sent | Total number of messages dispatched |
| Delivery Rate | Percentage of messages successfully delivered |
| Read Rate | Percentage of delivered messages that were read |
| Response Rate | Percentage of messages that received a reply |
Real-Time vs Historical Data
Waflow provides both real-time and historical analytics to give you complete visibility into your campaign performance.
Real-Time Analytics
Real-time data updates every 30 seconds and includes:
- Active Campaigns: Messages currently being sent
- Live Delivery Status: Instant feedback on message delivery
- Incoming Responses: Messages received from contacts in the last hour
- Error Alerts: Failed deliveries requiring attention
Note: Real-time data is available for campaigns launched within the last 24 hours.
Historical Analytics
Historical data provides long-term insights and trends:
- Campaign performance over time
- Audience engagement patterns
- Best performing templates
- Optimal sending times
Data Visualization
The analytics dashboard includes several visualization tools to help you understand your data.
Engagement Timeline
The engagement timeline shows message activity over your selected date range:
- Sent Messages: Blue line showing outgoing messages
- Delivered Messages: Green line showing successful deliveries
- Read Messages: Purple line showing read receipts
- Responses: Orange line showing incoming replies
Delivery Funnel
The delivery funnel visualizes message flow:

Geographic Distribution
For campaigns targeting multiple regions, the geographic map shows:
- Message distribution by country/region
- Delivery rates by location

Customize your dashboard with various widgets:
Campaign Performance Widget
Displays your top-performing campaigns with key metrics:
- Campaign name and status
- Total messages sent
- Delivery and read rates
- Click-through rate (for messages with links)
Template Performance Widget
Shows which message templates drive the best engagement:
- Template name and category
- Usage count
- Average read rate
- Average response rate
Audience Growth Widget
Tracks your contact list growth over time:
- New contacts added
- Contacts removed or unsubscribed
- Net growth percentage
Filtering and Segmentation
Apply filters to drill down into specific data:
Date Range Filter
- Click the date range selector in the top right
- Choose from preset options (Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days)
- Or select a custom date range
Campaign Filter
View analytics for specific campaigns:
- Click the "Campaigns" dropdown
- Select one or more campaigns
- Dashboard updates to show filtered data
Tag Filter
Filter by contact tags to see performance for specific segments:
- Open the "Tags" filter
- Select relevant tags
- View how different segments engage with your messages
Key Metrics Explained
Delivery Rate
The delivery rate indicates the percentage of sent messages that were successfully delivered to recipients' devices.
Calculation: (Delivered Messages / Sent Messages) x 100
Tip: A healthy delivery rate is above 95%. Lower rates may indicate issues with phone numbers or WhatsApp account status.
Read Rate
The read rate shows what percentage of delivered messages were opened and read.
Calculation: (Read Messages / Delivered Messages) x 100
Note: Read receipts are only available if the recipient has enabled them in their WhatsApp settings.
Response Rate
The response rate measures how many recipients replied to your messages.
Calculation: (Responses / Delivered Messages) x 100
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
For messages containing links, CTR measures how many recipients clicked:
Calculation: (Link Clicks / Delivered Messages) x 100
Performance Benchmarks
Compare your performance against industry benchmarks:

Data Export
Export your analytics data for external analysis:
- Navigate to the Analytics dashboard
- Apply desired filters
- Click the Export button
- Choose format (CSV or Excel)
- Download the file
Note: Exported data includes all visible metrics for the selected date range.

Personalize your analytics view:
Rearrange Widgets
- Click and hold a widget header
- Drag to your preferred position
- Release to place
Show/Hide Widgets
- Click the Settings icon
- Toggle widgets on or off
- Save your preferences
Save Custom Views
- Configure your ideal dashboard layout
- Click Save View
- Name your custom view
- Access saved views from the dropdown
