Which logistics partners does the Order Status Bot support?

Can the bot handle both inbound and outbound order status calls?

Yes! Inbound: Customer calls asking 'where is my order?' - AI looks up order by phone/order number and provides live status. Outbound: AI proactively calls with shipping updates, delay notifications, or delivery confirmation. Most stores use both for complete coverage.

How does the AI get real-time tracking information?

The AI fetches data from three sources: 1) Shopify order and fulfillment data, 2) Carrier tracking APIs (AWB/tracking number lookup), 3) Shiprocket/Unicommerce if you use an aggregator. All data is fetched in real-time during the call - never stale.
