Done-for-you monthly service

We Run Your WhatsApp Automation. You Approve and Watch It Work.

Most businesses buy a WhatsApp platform and never use it. This is the opposite: a monthly retainer where our team builds the campaigns, writes and gets templates approved, trains the chatbot on your business, and sends you the numbers. From ₹25,000/month.

What we do every month

A working WhatsApp channel, not a login you forget about.

Campaign planning and sending

We plan the month's broadcasts around your calendar — offers, launches, reminders, seasonal pushes — build the audience segments and send them on schedule.

Template writing and approval

Meta rejects templates for reasons that are rarely obvious. We write them, submit them, handle rejections and keep an approved library ready so a campaign is never blocked.

Chatbot build and tuning

We train an AI chatbot on your product catalogue, policies and FAQs, then refine it monthly based on the questions customers actually ask.

Automated journeys

Abandoned-cart recovery, order and delivery updates, appointment reminders, payment follow-ups, feedback requests — built once, then tuned.

Deliverability and account health

We watch quality rating, messaging limits, opt-outs and delivery failures, and act before your number gets restricted.

Monthly reporting

What was sent, what was delivered and read, what it cost you at Meta's rates, and what it produced. In plain language, not a dashboard screenshot.

Why WhatsApp automation usually fails

It is rarely the software. It is that running it is somebody's third priority:

  • Templates get rejected, nobody has time to rewrite them, campaigns stall

  • The chatbot answers three questions and is never updated again

  • Broadcasts go out when someone remembers, not when they would work

  • Quality rating drops and nobody notices until the number is restricted

  • Opt-outs are collected but never applied, damaging deliverability

  • Six months in, the platform is a login nobody opens

What a retainer changes

The work moves to us; the judgement calls stay with you:

  • We write, submit and re-submit templates until they are approved

  • The chatbot is retrained monthly on the questions customers actually ask

  • Campaigns are planned against your calendar and sent on schedule

  • Quality rating, messaging limits and opt-outs are monitored actively

  • You pay Meta directly at their rate — we add no markup on messaging

  • Monthly reporting in plain language, not a dashboard screenshot

Retainer pricing

Monthly fee for the work we do. WhatsApp message costs are paid by you directly to Meta at their published rates.

Common questions

What does this cost in total, including WhatsApp charges?

The retainer is our fee. WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta directly to you at their published rates — in India roughly ₹0.78–0.99 per marketing message and ₹0.11–0.14 per utility message, varying by category and country. We add no markup, so a business sending 20,000 marketing messages a month would pay Meta roughly ₹16,000–20,000 on top of the retainer.

Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API account?

Yes, and it should be in your business name so the number and reputation belong to you. If you do not have one, we set it up as part of onboarding — WABA creation, Meta business verification, number registration and display-name approval.

Can I use my existing WhatsApp Business number?

Usually yes, but be aware that registering a number on the WhatsApp Business API removes it from the WhatsApp Business app. If you need to keep chatting from the app on the same number, we will set it up in Coexistence mode instead — this has to be chosen at onboarding and cannot be changed later.

How quickly does it start working?

If you already have an approved WABA, the first campaign usually goes out within a week. If we are setting up the WABA from scratch, allow two to three weeks — Meta business verification and display-name approval are on Meta's timeline, not ours.

What if Meta rejects my templates?

That is part of the job. Rejections are common and the stated reason is often vague. We rewrite and resubmit until they pass, and keep a library of approved templates so a campaign is never waiting on an approval.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. Billing is monthly and you can stop with 30 days' notice. Everything we build — templates, chatbot, automations — stays in your account.

Do you work with businesses outside India?

Yes. WhatsApp Business API works globally and we run accounts for businesses selling into international markets. Meta's message rates vary by recipient country and are billed to you at your local rate.

Can you also handle replies from customers?

We build the chatbot and routing so most conversations resolve automatically, and set up the shared inbox for your team. Human replies to real customers stay with your team — they know your business. If you need agents as well, ask about the combined package.
