Where WATI does well

WATI's pricing also makes sense for very low-volume operations. If you're sending 1,000 conversations a month, the per-conversation markup is invisible. The base subscription cost is what dominates, and at that level WATI is competitively priced.

Where Edesy meaningfully wins
