The Edesy AI Voice module for Odoo 16 places AI voice calls from Odoo. It can call a new CRM lead or a confirmed sales order automatically, adds an Initiate AI Call button on contacts, leads and orders, logs each transcript and recording link to Chatter, and matches inbound calls to contacts by phone number.
