SIP trunk calls on Edesy cost Rs 0.50 per minute, billed in 60-second pulses, and unanswered calls are not charged. Numbers are rented monthly with no setup fee. Calls are paid from a prepaid INR wallet topped up with Razorpay, and every price on this page excludes 18% GST.

Supported numbers can be prepaid for several months and renew automatically. KYC is required before you buy a number.
Wallet and invoices#
- Calls are deducted from your prepaid wallet in real time.
- Before an outbound trunk call starts, Edesy checks that your wallet can cover it. If the balance is too low, the call is declined with
402 Payment Required. - GST invoices are issued as PDF and by email. Add your GSTIN to claim Input Tax Credit.
- Transactions can be exported as CSV.

FAQ#
How is a 61-second call billed?#
As two minutes. Billing is in 60-second pulses, so each started minute counts as a full minute.
Am I charged for calls that are not answered?#
No. Busy, no-answer and failed calls are free.
Do inbound SIP calls cost the same as outbound?#
Yes. Calls to a SIP destination and calls out through a termination trunk are both billed at Rs 0.50/min.
Is there a monthly fee for a trunk?#
No. You pay for minutes and for the numbers you rent. Creating a trunk is free.
What happens when my wallet runs low during a call?#
The call length is capped at what your balance can cover when the call starts. Top up before running large volumes.
Are test calls charged?#
Yes, test calls are real calls and are billed from the wallet at the normal rate.
Do prices include GST?#
No. All prices exclude 18% GST, which is added on the invoice.
What about bring-your-own-carrier calls?#
Pricing for calls that use your own carrier depends on the setup. Contact us with your carrier and expected volume.
