The Edesy Voice Agents app for Zapier connects your voice agents to other apps without code. Triggers fire when a call finishes, a call does not connect, a recording is ready or post-call data is extracted. The Start Call action places an outbound call, and Find Call looks up a call by ID. You connect with an Edesy API key.
Triggers, actions and searches#
| Kind | Name | Fires on or does | Edesy event |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trigger | Call Finished | Every call, answered or not, with outcome, summary, transcript and collected data | call.analyzed |
| Trigger | Call Not Connected | Busy, no answer or rejected | call.failed |
| Trigger | New Call Recording | A recording is ready, with a signed recording link | call.recording_ready |
| Trigger | Call Data Extracted | Post-call extraction produced data | call.extracted |
| Action | Start Call | Places an outbound call with an agent and variables | - |
| Search | Find Call | Finds a call by its ID | - |
Triggers are delivered the same way as webhook subscriptions: signed, with up to 5 attempts. Turning a Zap on creates the subscription; turning it off removes it.
Connect#
- In Edesy, open Settings → API Keys and create a key.
- In Zapier, choose Edesy Voice Agents, click Sign in and paste the key. The connection is named after your Edesy workspace.
- To use another workspace, connect again with that workspace's key.
Start Call tips#
- Map your agent's variables (for example
customer_name) under Variables. - Map a unique ID from the trigger into Deduplication Key, so a replayed Zap cannot call the same person twice.
- Use E.164 phone numbers, such as
+91XXXXXXXXXX.
Example Zaps#

FAQs#
Why is there no "Call Started" trigger? Only events that fire reliably on the default runtime are offered. Use Call Finished for every completed or unanswered call.
Is the Zapier app public? Zapier lists new public apps as beta first. If you cannot find it, contact support for an invite link.
Does the test step use real data? Zapier's "Test trigger" replays your workspace's latest real delivery of that event, or a sample if there is none.
