One Edesy agent can answer and place calls on several channels: phone numbers (inbound and outbound), a voice widget on your website, a public share link, browser WebRTC calls, and WhatsApp calling. The agent's prompt, tools and post-call processing are the same on every channel, and every call lands in the same call history.

FAQs#

Do widget and share-link calls cost the same as phone calls? They use the same per-minute agent pricing, without telephony charges from a carrier. See billing.

Can I limit who uses the widget? Yes. Widget keys only work on the domains you allow.

Is WhatsApp calling self-serve? Not yet. Talk to us to enable it.
