Pricing and Limits

Pricing

  • Rs 1.50 per call-minute, billed per started minute. A typical OTP call is under a minute, so most OTPs cost Rs 1.50.
  • Unanswered calls are not charged (no-answer, busy and failed calls with zero duration).
  • Rs 20 free credit on signup.
  • No monthly fee and no KYC.
  • For 10,000+ OTPs a month, ask for per-OTP volume pricing.

The price of each call is returned in the webhook price field and in the call logs.

Wallet

Calls are paid from a prepaid wallet. Top up with UPI or card in the dashboard. If the balance is too low, POST /send returns 402 insufficient_balance.

Limits

  • Numbers: Indian mobile numbers, 10 digits (a leading +91, 91 or 0 is removed).
  • Rate limit: 5 calls per phone number per hour by default, adjustable in settings (1-100). Over the limit returns 429 rate_limit_exceeded.
  • Code length: 4-10 characters when you send your own otp_code.
