How billing works#
- Top up your prepaid Edesy wallet in INR with Razorpay (UPI or card).
- Call. Each call is charged at Rs 1.50 per minute, with a 1-minute minimum.
- Get invoices. GST invoices are issued as PDF and email. Add your GSTIN to claim Input Tax Credit.
Worked example#
A support team places 200 browser calls a day that last about 3 minutes each.
- 200 calls x 3 minutes x Rs 1.50 = Rs 900 a day
- Plus 18% GST = Rs 1,062 a day
