WhatsApp Business Calling is a feature on top of the WhatsApp Cloud API (the messaging API). Same WABA, same phone number ID, same access token — calling is enabled per phone number with a single Graph API call.
Currently Meta does not charge for user-initiated (inbound) WhatsApp Business calls. Business-initiated (outbound) calls require your account to reach a messaging tier of 2,000+ unique users/day and are subject to Meta's pricing.

WhatsApp voice calls only work on the WhatsApp mobile app. WhatsApp Web and Desktop don't currently support placing voice calls. This is a Meta platform restriction, not Edesy's.
