Work backwards from adoption
For most CBSE schools the new session starts in April, and book lists are settled in the months before. State boards and ICSE schools can differ, so check your key states. Work backwards:

The three calls

Timing within the day
- Set a calling window outside teaching hours: after school, early evening, weekends.
- Avoid exam weeks and school events in your key states.
- Retries: unanswered numbers get retried by outcome, at a different time of day.
- "I'm in class": the agent apologises and offers a later call or WhatsApp. The teacher goes into the next retry.
Sequencing a large list
- Start with one region and one class band. Listen to calls, fix the script, then expand.

What to measure
