- Table shows only contacts from that list
Deleting a List
Currently, contact lists can be deleted via the Campaigns section if they're not in use by active campaigns.
Best Practices
Organizing Contacts
- Use descriptive list names: "Q1 2024 Sales Leads", "Support Customers - Premium"
- Separate by purpose: Different lists for different campaigns
- Regular cleanup: Delete old or invalid contacts
Data Quality
- Add names: Makes call history much more useful
- Verify phone numbers: Invalid numbers waste campaign credits
- Update regularly: Keep contact information current
Before Campaigns
- Test call first: Verify a few contacts before bulk campaigns
- Check duplicates: Same person in multiple lists = multiple calls
- Review filters: Ensure you're targeting the right contacts
Common Tasks
Find a specific contact
- Enter phone number in search box
- Results filter instantly
- Click row to see which list they belong to
Clean up invalid contacts
- Sort by name (contacts without names often have issues)
- Select "No name" contacts
- Review phone numbers
- Delete invalid ones
Export contacts
Currently, contacts can be exported by:
- Using the Campaign CSV download feature
- Accessing via API (see API Reference)
