  • Specific List: Show only contacts from selected list

This helps when you want to manage contacts from a specific campaign or source.

Bulk Actions

Selecting Contacts

  • Select All: Click the checkbox in the header row
  • Select Individual: Click checkboxes on specific rows
  • Selection Count: Shows "X contacts selected" when active

  1. Select contacts using checkboxes
  2. Click "Delete Selected" button
  3. Confirm in the dialog
  4. Contacts are permanently removed

Note: Deleted contacts are removed from the contact list and won't appear in future call history enrichment. Historical call records are not affected.

Pagination

For workspaces with many contacts:

  • Page Size: 50 contacts per page
  • Navigation: Use "Previous" and "Next" buttons
  • Count: Shows "Showing X to Y of Z contacts"

Refreshing Data

Click the refresh icon (circular arrow) next to the filter dropdown to reload the contacts list.

Currently, the contacts table shows summary information. For full details:

  1. Custom Fields: Stored but displayed in campaigns when using variables
  2. Campaign Usage: Check campaign analytics for call history
  3. Call History: Go to Insights → Call History to see calls made to contacts

  3. Table shows only contacts from that list

Deleting a List

Currently, contact lists can be deleted via the Campaigns section if they're not in use by active campaigns.

Best Practices

Organizing Contacts

  • Use descriptive list names: "Q1 2024 Sales Leads", "Support Customers - Premium"
  • Separate by purpose: Different lists for different campaigns
  • Regular cleanup: Delete old or invalid contacts

Data Quality

  • Add names: Makes call history much more useful
  • Verify phone numbers: Invalid numbers waste campaign credits
  • Update regularly: Keep contact information current

Before Campaigns

  • Test call first: Verify a few contacts before bulk campaigns
  • Check duplicates: Same person in multiple lists = multiple calls
  • Review filters: Ensure you're targeting the right contacts

Common Tasks

Find a specific contact

  1. Enter phone number in search box
  2. Results filter instantly
  3. Click row to see which list they belong to

Clean up invalid contacts

  1. Sort by name (contacts without names often have issues)
  2. Select "No name" contacts
  3. Review phone numbers
  4. Delete invalid ones

Export contacts

Currently, contacts can be exported by:

  1. Using the Campaign CSV download feature
  2. Accessing via API (see API Reference)
