Contact Management

The Contacts feature provides a centralized way to manage all your contacts across the workspace. Contacts are automatically enriched in call history, making it easy to identify who you're calling.

Manage your contacts: Open the Contacts page in the Edesy Platform to upload and manage contacts.

Getting Started

1. Navigate to Contacts: Go to Automation → Contacts in the sidebar
2. Create a Contact List: Click "Upload Contacts" and create a new list
3. Upload Contacts: Import your contacts via CSV
4. Make Calls: Contacts will automatically appear in call history

Contact Lists vs Contacts

A contact belongs to one contact list, but the same phone number can exist in multiple lists.

Phone Number Format

All phone numbers are normalized to E.164 format:
