From the portal you create a workspace for each client, allocate credits from your organisation's pool, set each client's per-minute rate or markup, and track your margin. Clients see your name, logo, colours, support email and custom domain.

Client rates and margin checks#
- Set each client's per-minute rate directly or as a markup on your cost.
- The portal checks margin against your actual cost rate and blocks a client rate below it.
- Credits move from your organisation pool to a client workspace when you allocate them.

Can I set different rates for different clients? Yes. Each client has its own rate or markup.
What happens when a client runs out of credits? Allocate more from your pool. Calls need credits in the client workspace.
