Voice API calls cost Rs 0.50 per minute with a 60-second pulse, inbound or outbound, and unanswered calls are free. You also pay monthly rental for each number you hold. There is no setup fee and no minimum commitment. All prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST.

Text you have spoken with text or the VoiceML say verb is metered by character. Audio you host yourself (play) and audio from your own bot (Media Streams) carry no TTS charge.
Each call's price appears as price (with amount and currency) on GET/v1/calls/{CallSid} once the call ends.
Conversation Relay runs speech recognition and synthesis on the Edesy side, so it is priced separately. Ask us through /contact before you plan volume on it.

Rental is charged from the wallet. Numbers show a "paid until" date and renew automatically; supported numbers can be prepaid for several months. See Search and Buy.
Wallet#
Calls are paid from a prepaid INR wallet that you top up with Razorpay. Charges are deducted in real time. If the balance is too low, POST/v1/calls returns 402 INSUFFICIENT_BALANCE. Each top-up gets a GST invoice. See Wallet and GST Invoices.
