Wallet and GST Invoices

The Edesy prepaid INR wallet - Razorpay top-ups, real-time call deduction, GST invoices with your GSTIN for input tax credit, transaction export and number rentals.

The Voice API is prepaid. You top up an INR wallet with Razorpay, and calls, number rentals and other usage are deducted in real time. Every top-up gets a GST invoice (PDF, and emailed), and if you add your GSTIN to the billing profile it appears on the invoice so you can claim input tax credit. There is no minimum commitment.

How charges work#

Charge When it is deducted
Call minutes As calls complete, at Rs 0.50 per minute with a 60-second pulse. Unanswered calls are free
Premium TTS With the call, Rs 0.03 per character
Number rental At purchase and on each renewal
Extra channels or calls per second When you buy the add-on in Billing

Prices exclude 18% GST. If the balance is too low, new calls are refused with 402 INSUFFICIENT_BALANCE and number purchases fail the same way. Keep a buffer above your daily spend.

Top up#

Top up from the Billing page of voice-app.edesy.in. Payment runs through Razorpay checkout (UPI, cards, netbanking as offered by Razorpay), and the balance updates as soon as the payment is verified.

Billing profile and GSTIN#

Set the profile before you top up so the invoice carries your legal name, GSTIN and address.

Per-call cost#

Each call's charge is on the call object as price (amount, currency). GET/v1/calls/summary returns the count, total price and total duration for any filter, for example a month:
