A calling window decides both how many people answer and how your brand is perceived. Time zones inside the call
The window controls when calls happen. Time zones also matter for what the agent says:
- Appointment and slot times from calendars and booking systems.
- Due dates and deadlines near midnight.
- Multi-city businesses with branches configured separately.
Checklist:
- Set the time zone on every location, calendar and branch.
- Test a booking at each location and listen to the time read back.
- Pass dates to the agent in a spoken-friendly format ("5 October, shaam 5 baje").
