Safety rules for bank calls
- Never ask for PINs, passwords, OTPs or card details. Say so in the greeting if helpful: "We will never ask for your OTP."
- Confirm the member before sharing amounts or dates.
- Only share what you pass in as variables.
- Transfer or book a branch callback for anything beyond the reminder.
