Edesy Collect has three monthly plans paid by Razorpay auto-pay: Starter Rs 1,499, Growth Rs 3,499 and Scale Rs 10,499. Each plan includes one caller-ID number and credits its fee to your wallet every month; connected calls are then charged at the plan's rate. Unanswered calls are free. Prices exclude 18% GST.

How billing works#
- You click Subscribe on the Plans page and authorise Razorpay auto-pay. Subscribing needs an approved KYC.
- When the first charge succeeds, the plan activates and the monthly fee is credited to your Collect wallet. The same happens on each renewal.
- Calls and number rental are deducted from the wallet as they happen. A connected call is billed in 60-second units at your plan's rate, so a typical reminder under a minute costs one unit; a call that runs past a minute is billed as two.
- If the credit runs out, you can top up the wallet (minimum Rs 100, GST added at checkout, GSTIN optional for Input Tax Credit) and calls continue at the same rate.
The "calls the fee covers" figure is an estimate: the fee less the included number's rental, divided by the per-call rate. It is not a separate counter, and calls longer than a minute use more.
Cancel#
Click Cancel subscription on the Plans page. Auto-pay stops at once and no new monthly credit is added, but you keep any balance already in the wallet and can keep using it.
FAQ#
Is there a free trial? No. Collect starts with a paid plan.
Am I charged for calls nobody answers? No. Only connected calls are charged.
Do the prices include GST? No. 18% GST is added on top. Wallet top-ups come with a GST invoice, and you can add your GSTIN to claim Input Tax Credit.
Can I switch plans? Cancel your current subscription, then subscribe to the other plan from the Plans page. Your rate per connected call follows your active plan.
What happens if my wallet runs out mid-campaign? The campaign waits until the wallet can fund calls again. Top up and it continues.
Is the extra number billed monthly? Yes. Pool numbers are rented monthly from the wallet like any other Edesy number.
