COD Order Calls is billed per minute from your Edesy wallet. There is no separate Order Calls subscription: each call is charged to the same prepaid INR wallet the other Edesy apps use, and you also pay the monthly rental of the number you call from. All prices exclude 18% GST.
What you pay for#

Wallet#
- Top up with Razorpay in the Edesy app (Order Calls links to it from Settings and the sidebar).
- Charges are deducted in real time.
- GST invoices are issued as PDF and email, and you can add your GSTIN for input tax credit.
- If the balance is too low when a call is due, the order waits and we try again every 15 minutes. Nothing is lost; the order's timeline says "waiting: wallet balance is too low".
Keeping costs down#
- Use conditions so only cash-on-delivery orders that need confirming are called.
- Keep the number of attempts sensible. The default is 3 calls per order.
