Workspace Overview
A workspace is your isolated environment in Edesy where you manage voice agents, team members, contacts, and configurations. Each workspace operates independently with its own settings, billing, and data.
Access your workspace: Open the Workspace page in the Edesy Platform to view and manage your workspace.
What is a Workspace?
Think of a workspace as a container for your voice agent operations:

Workspace Components
Agents
Voice agents you create belong to a workspace. Each agent inherits default settings from the workspace but can override them individually.
Team Members
Collaborate with your team by inviting members with different roles:

| Owner | Full access, can delete workspace, manage billing |
| Admin | Manage agents, settings, team members (except owner) |
| Member | View and use agents, limited settings access |
Settings
Workspace-level configurations that apply as defaults:
- Default LLM provider and model
- Default STT/TTS providers
- Telephony credentials (BYOP)
- Webhook configurations
- API keys
Billing & Credits
Each workspace has its own credit balance for:
- Call minutes
- STT/TTS usage
- LLM tokens
Workspace ID
Every workspace has a unique identifier (Workspace ID) that you'll need for:
- API Integrations - Include in API requests
- Webhook Configuration - Part of webhook URLs
- Telephony Setup - Required for BYOP configurations
- Support Requests - Helps our team locate your account
