Calls are billed in 60-second units at your plan rate, and only when someone answers
One connected call. A short reminder message fits comfortably inside one unit.
Each further started minute counts as another unit at the same rate, so a 90-second call counts as two.
Ringing out, busy, switched off or unreachable calls are free, including retries.
Contacts marked paid, promised or stopped are not called again, so they cost nothing more.
One monthly payment, then real-time deductions from your wallet
Pick Starter, Growth or Scale in the portal and authorise Razorpay auto-pay. The plan activates once the first payment is confirmed.
Each month the plan fee is credited to your Collect wallet. The bundled caller-ID number and your calls draw from that credit.
Each answered call is deducted in real time at your plan rate. Unanswered calls release their hold and cost nothing.
If a busy month uses up the credit, calls continue at the same per-call rate from any balance you top up.
Every payment produces a GST invoice by PDF and email. Add your GSTIN to claim Input Tax Credit.
