Every call through the number is logged, and the logs roll up into analytics and per-number statistics. The question this answers is the one most small businesses cannot currently answer: of the numbers we publish - on the website, on the van, in the directory listing - which ones do people actually ring?

A DID (direct inward dialing) number is simply a phone number that rings your system directly, and on Edesy every virtual number works that way. Indian DIDs start at Rs 449/month for a landline number with no setup fee, and calls are billed per minute. Very cheap DID offers often leave out KYC compliance, call quality or support, which matters if the number is customer-facing.
