If you already run a PBX, softphones or a contact centre, a virtual number can deliver calls straight into it over SIP rather than forwarding to a handset. Destinations are managed as configuration you can create, edit and remove - and there is a test call, so you can prove the path works before publishing the number anywhere.

API included
Deliver calls into an existing PBX or SIP system instead of to a mobile, and test the destination before you rely on it.
Keep the system you have
Calls land in your existing PBX or softphones instead of forcing a migration.
Test the destination first
A test call proves the route before a customer is the one discovering it is broken.

Create and maintain more than one SIP destination and point different numbers at each.
Change destinations without changing numbers
Move where calls land without republishing the number.
End to end, in the order it actually happens.
Create a SIP destination with your system's connection details.
Run a test call to confirm the path works end to end.

1. Create a SIP destination with your system's connection details. 2. Run a test call to confirm the path works end to end. 3. Point a number's routing at that destination. 4. Calls to the number are delivered into your own system.
Your PBX must be reachable and correctly configured. A test call tells you whether it is; it does not fix it. Audio quality across the SIP leg depends on your own network and firewall configuration. This forwards calls to your system. It is not the same product as buying a SIP trunk from us.
BPO, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Healthcare. Typical uses are existing pbx deployments, freepbx and asterisk setups, contact centre delivery, hybrid on-premise and cloud.
