IVR Studio is Edesy's drag-and-drop IVR builder. You draw a call flow from nodes (greetings, keypad menus, voice answers, transfers, voicemail, HTTP requests to your API, AI voice agents), publish it, and connect it to an Indian phone number. Callers hear the flow at once. Calls cost Rs 1.50 per minute, and new accounts get Rs 20 of free credit.

How it works#
- Sign up at ivr.edesy.in and get Rs 20 of free credit.
- Build a flow from a template or a blank canvas.
- Test it with a test call to your own phone.
- Publish the flow. The builder blocks publishing while a flow has errors.
- Connect a number. Complete KYC, buy a number and point it at the flow. Or start calls from your system with the outbound IVR API.
- Watch the logs for each call, HTTP request and email.
FAQ#
What is IVR Studio?#
A no-code builder for phone call flows (IVR). You connect nodes on a canvas, such as a greeting, a "press 1 for Sales" menu and a transfer, then attach the flow to a phone number.
How much does it cost?#
Rs 1.50 per minute, billed from a prepaid wallet. New accounts get Rs 20 of free credit with no card needed. Number rental is separate. Prices exclude 18% GST. See Pricing.
Do I need to write code?#
No. Inbound IVRs are built entirely on the canvas. Code is only needed if you want to start outbound calls from your system or receive HTTP requests from a flow.
Can the IVR call my API?#
Yes. The HTTP Request node calls your API during the call, either in the background with retries or while the caller waits, branching on success or failure. Every request is HMAC-signed.
Can I connect an AI voice agent?#
Yes. The AI Voice Agent node streams the call audio to your bot over a WebSocket. To reach an AI platform over SIP instead, use the Dial node with a SIP address. See also SIP trunking.
Which languages can the IVR speak?#
The Config node offers English (India, US and UK), Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu and Marathi, with ElevenLabs or Google voices.
Can I place outbound IVR calls?#
Yes, with POST/v1/ivr/calls and a published flow. Calls run between 09:00 and 21:00 IST, and numbers on your do-not-call list are skipped.
