To build a flow, open Flows in IVR Studio, pick a template (or start blank), drag nodes from the palette onto the canvas, connect each node's exit to the next node, and fill in each node's settings in the side panel. The flow checks list shows anything that would stop the flow from publishing.
Steps#
- Open Flows at ivr.edesy.in and create a flow. Give it a name.
- Pick a starting point. A template such as "Menu: Sales or Support" gives you a working flow to edit. A blank flow has only the Start node.
- Add nodes. Drag them from the Nodes palette on the left. Use the search box to find one.
- Connect nodes. Drag from a node's exit handle to the next node. A Menu has one exit per key plus a timeout exit. HTTP Request (wait mode), Order Action (wait on) and Ask have two exits, such as Success and Failure.
- Configure each node. Click a node to open its settings. Text fields with a speaker icon play a TTS preview without placing a call.
- Check the flow. The flow checks indicator in the toolbar shows errors (which block publishing) and warnings (which don't).
- Save, then test and publish.

Tips#
- Put a Config node right after Start to set the voice and language for the whole call.
- If a menu has no timeout exit, it repeats twice on silence and then says goodbye.
- An unrecognised key plays "Sorry, that's not a valid option" and repeats the menu.
- The builder needs a laptop or desktop screen. On smaller screens it shows a notice instead.
