FAQ#
Is there a free trial?#
There is free credit, not a timed trial: Rs 20 is added on sign-up, with no card needed. That covers about 13 minutes of calls at Rs 1.50 per minute.
Do I need KYC to start?#
Not to build and test flows. KYC is needed before you buy a phone number. Documents are PAN and Aadhaar, and review takes about 24 hours.
Can I test without buying a number?#
You can place a test call from the builder once your workspace has a number to call from. If it has none, the test call returns "no caller ID".
How long does setup take?#
Building and testing a simple menu from a template takes minutes. Going live on a number also depends on KYC review, which takes about 24 hours.
Can my team work in the same account?#
Yes. Workspaces support team invites with roles, and one Edesy login works across all Edesy apps.
Where do I get an API key?#
On the API Keys page in the portal. See the API overview.
