What if I don't have call recordings available?

We can audit without recordings by reviewing configuration, prompts, and running synthetic test calls. Audit value is higher with real recordings, so we recommend sharing 10–20 if you can.

Is ₹15,000 really fully credited if I commit to a build?

Yes. If within 30 days of audit delivery you commit (40% deposit) to a Voice Agent Build, CRM Integration, Knowledge Base Setup, or Campaign Management retainer, the full ₹15,000 is credited toward that engagement.

What if the audit recommends I stay on my current platform?

That's fine — we're not paid to make you switch. The audit is independent. If your current setup is already optimized for your use case, the report will say so, and we'll recommend smaller incremental improvements instead.

How is this different from a free consultation call?
