The agent dialer is an outbound campaign mode that connects answered calls to live agents. It dials your lead list, and when someone picks up the call is bridged to a free agent on the contact centre queue you choose. Pacing is 1.0 line per free agent (progressive) or 1.5 or 2.0 (power). It is not a predictive dialer.
No hardware
Browser-based agents
Seats from Rs 1,500/agent/month
An outbound campaign that dials your leads and bridges each answered call to a free agent, paced at 1.0, 1.5 or 2.0 lines per free agent.
Agents only talk to people who answered
Ringing, busy and unanswered calls are handled by the dialer, so agent time goes to live conversations.
Pacing you control
1.0 line per free agent never dials more calls than there are free agents. 1.5 or 2.0 dials ahead for lists with low answer rates.
Leads in by CSV or API
Upload a list, or push new leads into a running campaign through the API.
Guardrails built in
Dialing hours (09:00 to 21:00 IST by default), DNC suppression, answering-machine detection, recording, and caller ID with a backup caller ID.
Outcomes back to your CRM
call.answered, call.completed, disposition.submitted and recording.ready webhooks carry your lead ID.
End to end, in the order it actually happens.
Create a campaign in voice-app.edesy.in, choose agent dialer mode and pick the contact centre queue.
Upload leads by CSV, or add them through the API.
Set pacing (1.0, 1.5 or 2.0 lines per free agent), max concurrent calls and dialing hours.
The dialer places calls as agents become free; answered calls are bridged to an agent on the queue.
The agent works the call and submits a disposition, which is sent to your webhook.
Worth knowing before you build a process around it.
Inside sales and tele-sales
Lead qualification
Collections and EMI follow-up
Renewal and win-back calls
Dispositions & Wrap-Up Codes
Define the wrap-up codes agents pick after every call, optionally require notes, and send each disposition to your CRM by webhook.
Learn moreDo Not Call List Management
Maintain a do-not-call list on the platform so suppressed numbers are managed as data rather than as a spreadsheet nobody checks.
Learn moreCRM Integration via Webhooks & Contacts API
Connect any CRM through signed webhooks and the contacts API: agent-dialer call and disposition events flow out, and contacts flow in for screen-pop.

This is a progressive and power dialer, not a predictive dialer. Pacing is a fixed ratio you choose; there is no statistical model of answer rates or agent availability. At 1.5 or 2.0, more people can answer than there are free agents. A lead that answers but is not reached by an agent goes back into the retry pool. Outbound calling in India is regulated. Consent, content and calling-hour obligations are yours to meet; the dialer enforces the hours and DNC list you configure.
Financial Services, EdTech, Real Estate, Insurance. Typical uses are inside sales and tele-sales, lead qualification, collections and emi follow-up, renewal and win-back calls.
A cloud contact center is call center software that runs in the cloud instead of on office hardware. Agents take and make calls from a browser, calls are distributed through queues (ACD), and supervisors watch live status and recordings online. Edesy's contact center is voice-focused and priced per agent per month.
CCaaS (contact center as a service) needs no PBX, desk phones or servers. You pay per agent seat each month plus call minutes, add or remove agents as needed, and agents can work from anywhere with a browser and a headset.
Seats are provisioned with Edesy. Seats from Rs 1,500 per agent per month, calls at Rs 0.50/min, prices excluding GST.
