DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) is TRAI's system for regulating commercial SMS in India. All promotional SMS must be registered with DLT. We handle the registration and template approval process for you.

How do you handle the DND registry?

We integrate with the NDNC/DND registry for promotional SMS. Transactional SMS (order confirmations, shipping updates) are exempt from DND. WhatsApp messages require opt-in but aren't subject to DND.

Should I use SMS or WhatsApp?

We recommend WhatsApp for marketing (90%+ open rates) and transactional SMS for order updates (broader reach, no app required). Our platform supports both channels seamlessly.

Which regional languages are supported?
