Valuation Methods
1. SDE Multiple Method
Seller's Discretionary Earnings (SDE):
SDE = Net Profit + Owner Salary + Add-backs
Add-backs include:

Valuation:
Store Value = Annual SDE × Multiple
Typical multiple: 2-4x annual SDE
2. Revenue Multiple
Store Value = Annual Revenue × Multiple
Used when store is pre-profit
