Getting Your Trial Number
- Create a workspace
- Go to Phone Numbers
- Trial number is auto-assigned
Using Your Trial Number
For Inbound Calls
- Assign an agent to the number
- Share the number with testers
- Receive calls on your agent
For Outbound Calls
- Create a campaign or use API
- Use trial number as caller ID
- Make test calls
After Trial Expires
Options when trial expires:
Option 1: Purchase Number
- Go to Phone Numbers
- Click Buy Number
- Choose your number
- Complete purchase
Option 2: BYOP
Bring Your Own Phone number:
- Go to Settings > Telephony
- Add provider credentials
- Connect your number
Tips for Testing
- Test thoroughly: Use trial period wisely
- Invite team: Multiple people can test
- Try scenarios: Inbound and outbound
- Get feedback: From team members
