Multiple PDF Pages per Sheet

Arrange 2, 4, 6, 9 or 16 pages on each sheet - or a custom grid - and download it as a new PDF that prints the same on any printer. Text stays sharp because pages are placed as vectors, not images.

Getting the layout right

How many pages per sheet?

  • 2 or 4 per sheet keeps normal text readable.
  • 6 works well for slides, which use large text.
  • 9 and 16 per sheet are overviews - good for checking layout, too small for reading.

Printing a booklet

Booklet mode puts two pages on each side of a landscape sheet in the order needed for folding. Print double-sided, flipping on the short edge, then fold the stack in half and staple along the fold. Blank pages are added at the end if the page count is not a multiple of four.
