You are hereby called upon to show cause in writing within 7 days, on or before 03 July 2026, as to why disciplinary action — including but not limited to termination of employment — should not be initiated against you.
A personal hearing has been scheduled on 06 July 2026 at HR Conference Room, where you may present your case in person and produce any evidence in your defence.
Please note that failure to respond within the stipulated time, or to attend the hearing, will be construed as your acceptance of the allegation, and the Management will be at liberty to proceed with the matter ex-parte and take such action as it deems fit.
