How the Kylas workflow runs

This is a custom workflow that we set up for you, not a one-click connector in the app. It is live today for a sales team that calls every new Kylas lead automatically.

1. Lead created in Kylas: the workflow receives the new lead and starts an outbound AI call.
2. The call: the agent greets, qualifies (your questions, in the lead's language), and tries to book the next step, such as a visit or demo.
3. After the call: the conversation is turned into structured fields (interest, requirement, objections, date and time agreed, outcome).
4. Kylas is updated: lead fields, an activity log, a summary note, and the stage moved to Contacted.
5. Next step: if a meeting was agreed, a Kylas meeting is created, the stage moves to Meeting Scheduled and the rep is assigned. Otherwise, a follow-up task is created.
6. Not reached: the lead is retried daily, then closed after your maximum attempts.
