Email first, because Voicemail is the last step of a flow
From a menu option such as "press 3 to leave a message", a timeout, or an after-hours greeting.
Write a subject like "New voicemail from {{caller}}" and a message with {{menu_choice}} and {{time}}. The call carries on immediately.
Set the prompt, keep the beep on, and choose the maximum length.
Open the call to play the voicemail, alongside keypresses, variables and the call recording if it is on.
