When a page's content actually changes, just that page is re-processed—no wasteful full rebuild of the whole index.
If a page disappears from your site, it is pruned from the knowledge base so the agent never quotes something you deleted.
Every crawl respects robots.txt and honors your crawl-delay, so scheduled refreshes stay gentle on your server.

Clear on what is and isn't captured
The crawler indexes the readable text of your server-rendered HTML pages—headings, paragraphs, lists, and copy that a visitor would see.
It reads the HTML your server returns; it does not execute JavaScript. If key content only appears after client-side rendering, it may not be captured.
The crawler does not download PDFs your pages link to. To include a PDF's content, upload the PDF directly to your knowledge base instead.
Each crawl indexes up to the job cap—50 pages by default, adjustable up to a maximum of 500—so you control the scope and cost.
