Call Every IndiaMART Buyer Before Your Competitor Does

Unlike a directory listing enquiry, an IndiaMART buy-lead tells you what the buyer actually wants — the product name, often the quantity, and usually a message in their own words. That is enough to have a real conversation on the first call rather than a discovery call.

The problem is the same as everywhere else: response time. Buyers send the same requirement to several suppliers at once, and IndiaMART leads arrive around the clock. If your first contact is a next-morning callback, you are quoting against someone who already spoke to them.

An AI voice agent calls immediately, references the exact product from the enquiry, confirms quantity and delivery location, answers the routine questions, and hands your sales team a qualified conversation with the details already captured.

Push (recommended). IndiaMART sends each lead to us the instant it is created. You enable it yourself in Lead Manager under Import/Export Leads → Push API, paste the URL we generate, and confirm an OTP sent to your registered mobile. No account manager, no waiting. This is the fastest path and the one we set up by default.

Pull (scheduled). We fetch leads from IndiaMART on a schedule using a key you generate in the same screen. Slower than push, but it can reach up to 365 days of lead history, which makes it the right choice for working through a backlog — or as a safety net running alongside push.

Running both together is safe. Leads are de-duplicated on IndiaMART's own query ID, so a lead that arrives twice is only ever called once.

One practical note if you compare vendors: IndiaMART blocks an API key for fifteen minutes if it is polled too aggressively. We schedule pulls conservatively for exactly that reason — a tighter schedule does not fetch leads faster, it locks the account out.
