Signature Maker

Draw your signature with your finger, mouse or pen, or type your name in a handwriting style. Download it as a transparent PNG for documents, or as a JPG already at the pixel size and KB range that exam forms such as SSC, IBPS, UPSC and NEET ask for. It all happens in your browser, so your signature is never uploaded.

Making a signature for an exam form

Choosing the right file

Pick your exam under Save as. The signature is placed on a white background at the size the notice asks for (for example 6 x 2 cm at 100 DPI for SSC, or 140 x 60 px for IBPS), and saved as a JPG inside the KB range. Each preset shows what it is based on. Requirements change between notifications, so check the official notice of your exam before uploading.

Most notices ask for a signature in black ink, signed by you, and not in capital letters. Draw it the way you sign on paper.

Drawing a good signature on a phone

  • Turn the phone sideways for more room.
  • Sign larger than you would on paper: the tool trims the empty space and scales it down cleanly.
  • Use Undo to take back the last stroke, or Clear to start again.

Already have a signature on paper?

Take a photo of it and resize it with the Photo Resizer (KB, pixels, DPI), which has the same exam presets. To add a signature to a PDF instead, use Sign PDF. For a thumb impression, use the Thumb Impression Maker.
