Google Drive files are auth-gated, so they can't be crawled. In a Google Doc, use File then Download and pick PDF, Word (DOCX), or Plain text (TXT). Upload the file (up to 10 MB each) and we parse, chunk, and embed it automatically.
Export Google Slides to PDF, and turn Google Sheets into a clean PDF or DOCX summary before uploading. Structured spreadsheets read best as a summarized document — CSV and Excel uploads are not supported.
Whatever you upload is chunked (~512 tokens) and embedded, then retrieved by meaning during calls — so the agent answers what the caller actually asked, not just keyword matches.
A native Google Drive connector that lets you pick a folder and auto-sync is on our roadmap. Request early access and we'll prioritize it for your rollout. For now, re-export and re-upload files when the content changes.
