Notion pages you have published to the web get a public URL and render their content as HTML. Point our crawler at that URL or a sitemap and we index the text. This is the fastest path when your knowledge is already public.
Private Notion pages or spaces can't be crawled. Use Notion's built-in Export (PDF) on a page or workspace, then upload the PDF, DOCX, or TXT file (up to 10 MB each). We parse, chunk, and embed it automatically.
Whatever path you use, the content is chunked (~512 tokens) and embedded, then retrieved by meaning during calls — so the agent answers what the caller actually asked.
For crawled public Notion pages, schedule an auto re-crawl. Change detection re-indexes updated pages and prunes ones that disappear. Exported PDFs are re-uploaded whenever you update them.
