If your Confluence space is public and served as HTML, point our crawler at the space URL or sitemap. We fetch the pages, respect robots.txt, and index the text — no copy-paste.
Private and Confluence Cloud spaces behind login can't be crawled. Confluence has a built-in Export to PDF for a page or a whole space. Export it, then upload the PDF, DOCX, or TXT file (up to 10 MB each).
Whichever path you use, content is chunked (~512 tokens) and embedded, then retrieved by meaning during calls so the agent answers the actual question.
For crawled public spaces, schedule auto re-crawls. Change detection re-indexes updated pages and prunes removed ones. Exported PDFs are re-uploaded when the documentation changes.
